· The Client and Sansnet.com are entering into a year-to-year contract for Internet Marketing Services. Sansnet.com will bill services on a yearly basis and the Client agrees to pay in advance the cost of the advertising.

· The Client hereby agrees that the Internet is volatile and hereby holds Sansnet.com and any of its affiliates harmless from Internet downtimes.

· Settlement by Arbitration: Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws in force for the time being in INDIA and to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala State alone.

· Should any section of these terms and conditions be found to be invalid or unenforceable, that section(s) inability to be enforced will not in any way take away from or affect the enforceability of any other section of this contract.

· These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

· A valid email address, where we can contact the site owner, is required for the use of Sansnet.com' services.

· Sansnet.com reserves the right to change the contents of, or the charge for, the current service at any time.

· No refund will be made for any reason.

· Pornographic, offensive, racist, defamatory or copyrighted material is not permitted on banner advertising.

· Sansnet.com reserves the right to terminate membership and remove any/all banner advertising if it has reason to believe that any of the above conditions are breached.

· The use of Sansnet.com and its services must comply with applicable law.
